Challenge.ppt This Jeopardy game was designed by a former student of mine, Erik Volk, who generously agreed to let me turn it into a template to share with others. You can fill in your own categories and questions. Best used in a hybrid environment with an on-site class. Since Jeopardy is a trademark I call it Volk's Challenge.

Many of these are geared for a younger audience but you can still get some ideas that would be adaptable to your own learners. Contributed by Linda Beith

Physics Games - I thought I'd submit this as more people might enjoy this collection than a "math-only" site. There are a great collection of games that have physics principles behind them. Although some are better than others, if nothing else, it's a fun distraction site. I have my students try a few of the problem solving games and/or balancing games when discussing balancing equations. -Jason Bock

Word Games - Several simple word games such as word search, cross-word, cryptograms, and more. They can be printed out by the student, filled in, and loaded back to the CMS. - Anneliese McArthur

Adobe Captivate Exchange - For Captivate users there are some free game templates avaialable such as Jeopardy, Maze, Board Games, and different tamplates available for download. Tim O'Brien

Flashcard Software - This is a great tool for educators and students. FlashcardDB makes it easy to create, study and share flashcards online. This one is from Corrine's toolbox that she shared with a prior class, I've found it very helpful to create question and answer games. Tim O'Brien This site has lots of games and diagrams available for a variety of subjects, and it's FREE! These can be used for the classroom or online. There are many samples to choose from or create a more custom interaction. -Corrine Mellegard
